New streamlined coffee shop out of Whistler offers quality espresso beverages, some cafe-style food items, and a small selection of baked goods.
There are many places to sit inside and out, easily enough room to work here in off hours.
Ambiance is created by green decorations and wood furnishings that smell like a forest, but is a little too sterile to be considered homey.
Lattes are nice and smooth without astringency; though the texture of the foam is sharply separated from the milk below.
Definitely a dark flavour but not a strong one.
To-go is served moderately warm such that it can be sipped right away but doesn't cool off too fast, should stay warm for about 10 to 15 minutes of walking.
I would recommend this spot, especially for those seeking more of a coffee snob-like flavour, however highly recent visiting the Laughing Bean next door (my own bias).
