Saunter is a quaint and cozy hole in the wall near Gastown with a small selection of bakes and drinks (sort of like Modus, and they use their beans!).
They offer a reasonsble seating arangement, good to meet friends but not reliably sit down and work. Bakes are pricy.
Lattees are wonderfully smooth. Excelent sreamed milk texture with warm, earthy flavour. This smoothness is helped by it being a lighter roast or extraction which I am less of a fan of as the rest of the drink was a bit weak. Still a great cafe which I recomend if you are in the area. Drinks on the colder side.
